Join the Piedmont Women's Heart Program to kick off the new year with our next 21-day whole plant-based eating challenge!
We are excited to share a new set of 21 whole plant-based recipes by Chef Naina Bhedwar to whet your palate, whether you are an experienced chef or a novice cook. The challenge runs from Jan. 16 – Feb. 5, 2023. We will provide recipes, grocery lists, new instructional videos, and online check-in opportunities. We encourage you to find a friend to join as an accountability partner.
