Greeters

Greeters are available to help you at two locations on the hospital campus:

• HVI Tower: Monday to Friday 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Main Entrance: Daily from 6:00am to 9:00 p.m.

Public Safety

The Public Safety team at Piedmont Augusta are available around the clock and can be easily recognized by their standard law enforcement uniforms and identification badges. In case of active threats or emergencies, please reach out to public safety at 706-774-2295.

The Public Safety team provides escorts to and from parking areas and buildings on campus and assists with minor vehicle issues like dead batteries. We can also securely store valuables for patients upon request. To contact Public Safety from within the hospital, call 706-774-2295.

If a visitor is being disrespectful or not adhering to visiting hours, call 706-774-2295 for support with resolving the situation, managing expectations, or escorting the visitor out of the facility.
