Substance Abuse Treatment - Chemical Dependency
Our intensive outpatient program provides education and drug treatment services for patients with a history of substance abuse to prevent a relapse. We give each patient personalized treatment while bridging the gap between partial hospitalization and 12-step recovery maintenance outside of a hospital setting.
The chemical dependency IOP is provided to patients who need the structure and stability as they transition further into their work or community activities. Patients must be medically and emotionally stable before starting this level of care. They should have a solid relapse prevention plan in place when they leave the program.
