Ambassadors at our information desks are there to help you with directions, phone numbers and general questions.
Interpreters
Piedmont Athens Regional provides free Language Services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We utilize Stratus Video Interpretation Services for the hearing impaired and other foreign language interpreters. Contact Patient Experience at 706-475-3397.
Patient Representatives
Our Patient Experience Representatives provide support to patients and their families. We strive to provide excellent care and value your thoughts about your experience with us. Pet Therapy
Our Pet Therapy program promotes healing through the comfort and ease the dogs bring to patients. Emma, Maggie and Harley are three dogs who help our hospital. They are certified through Therapy Dogs International and are available to visit patients for a set time one day each week. For more information about our Pet Therapy program or to receive a special visit, contact our Patient Experience Department at 706-475-3397.
Pharmacy
Our retail pharmacy is located on the first floor of the PAR Main Tower next to the Pink Posy Gift Shop. Open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Public Safety
Our Public Safety team offers escorts to and from parking areas and buildings on the Piedmont Athens Regional campus and can help with minor vehicle issues like dead batteries. We also store valuables in a secured area at the request of patients. To reach Public Safety, call 706-475-4444 if you're calling from within the hospital.
