Volunteer Opportunities at Piedmont Atlanta

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is now accepting applications for new volunteers in the following areas:

• Greeters at Information Desks
• Courtesy Cart Drivers (Wait List)
• Volunteer Office Assistants

Do you want to make an incredible difference to the patient's experience, or do you know of anyone who might be interested? Do you or someone you know have a desire to give back to your community by sharing time, skills and talents with those who need guidance, comfort, care and compassion? Then consider volunteering at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital! We are looking for people who have a passion for making a difference in people's lives to assist our patients, staff and visitors.

We ask that volunteers make at least a 1-year commitment of four hours per week. Volunteer shifts are from 8 a.m. to noon and noon to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you are interested in volunteering with us, please fill out the online application linked below.

Volunteers are required to complete an application, background check, health screening and orientation. Long-term volunteers will be required to review annual training materials to stay informed and compliant with hospital policies and procedures.

Please note: The Volunteer Program is not an internship program, nor is it a means to obtain a job within the hospital. We also do not offer court-ordered community service hours.
