Life can get pretty hectic and remembering to schedule check-ups, physicals, or requesting a prescription refill can often take a back seat. Managing unexpected situations and questions can also take time away from the things you love. That’s why Piedmont has created the Personal Assistant program — simplifying your unique journey with Piedmont. Your dedicated personal assistant saves you time and can help keep the health and wellness of you and your family on track.
Personalizing Your Piedmont Experience

Your single point of contact for administrative care coordination includes appointment suggestions (e.g. annual physicals, mammograms, flu shots), answering billing questions, prescription refill coordination, upcoming care reminders, and pre-appointment instructions.
Enhance Your Experience
We offer a truly personalized service. Communication is tailored to your preferences (email, text, call). Your onboarding consultation is the first step in building the relationship.
Prioritize Wellness
You will receive one wellness consult of your choice with a provider included in the membership fee (no additional charge). You can select either Nutrition Consult or Fitness Consults.

Personal Assistant FAQs
How will I let the Piedmont Personal Assistant (PPA) know the services me and my family need/want?
Once we receive your indication of interest, we will reach out in December by text, email or phone (based on your preference) to provide more information on the program and payment collection. Then we will schedule a 30 minute customized onboarding interview with your new personal assistant in January. The PPA will create an individualized profile of your preferences, preferred primary care and specialty physicians, preferred pharmacy or home delivery preferences, personal requests, like best time to call, priorities for appointments and more.
Is my PPA a clinical provider?
No, PPA is a non-clinical service focused on administrative / scheduling logistics.
How will the PPA communicate with me?
During the introduction call, the PPA will discuss your preferred communication method (phone, email, text).
I am a Piedmont employee and have the Life 360 Health Plan. How will this benefit me?
The Piedmont Life 360 is a clinical care coordination service and Piedmont Personal Assistant is an administrative care coordination service. If you are a Piedmont employee and on Piedmont's Life 360 Health Plan and meet clinical criteria (ie. chronic condition, etc), the PPA will partner with Piedmont Care Management to ensure you have the highest level of care coordination to help you stay healthy. Are Medicare patients eligible?
Yes. All insured patients are eligible and all insured services will continue to be billed for insurance.
Will PPA provide services for just me or for my whole family?
The PPA will help schedule visits for you and for each additional family member you decide to add to your membership. This includes coordination for adults with Piedmont affiliated physicians. Support may be available for children, depending on geography and the presence of affiliated Piedmont Pediatrics physicians.
