Get patriotic with this fun, easy Fourth of July dessert. It's so simple, the kids can help!
Ingredients:

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

¼ cup sugar

2 cups fresh strawberries or raspberries (Feel free to use strawberries, raspberries or a combination of both)

1 banana
-
1.5 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions:

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a rectangular cookie sheet pan with cooking spray.

Cut cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices; place in pan. Using fingers, press evenly over bottom to form crust a rectangle crust.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown.

Cool completely, about 25 minutes.

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Spread over baked crust.

Get creative with decorating! You can use blueberries to make stars, strawberries or raspberries to make red stripes, and bananas to make white stripes.

Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
