A relaxing 21-minute practice - ideally practiced while lying down - that allows the listener to develop a deeper awareness of his or her body in stillness. In default mode, we only “feel” the body when we are very active—or if there is discomfort. This practice brings the listener in touch with subtle sensations in the body. Furthermore, it may be useful as a sleep aid and for chronic pain management.
