Atlanta, Ga. (July 10, 2024) – Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is one of the best 115 hospitals in the United States and the best in Georgia, according to a list published by Money Magazine. Piedmont Atlanta also placed among the best hospitals for cardiac care.

The Money list features hospitals that have received at least four stars for quality from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Physician experience and price transparency were also factors. Piedmont Atlanta received an overall grade of “B+” and placed at 72 of 115 top hospitals. Piedmont Atlanta was the only hospital in Georgia to make the Money lists for overall quality and best cardiac care.

Piedmont Atlanta has also been ranked by Healthgrades as the best hospital in the state of Georgia and among the top 5% of hospitals in the nation for overall cardiac care.
