Maria Angelova
Maria Angelova is founder and CEO of Rebellious Intl and creator of "The Angelova Method". She is a physical and mindset coach who champions body respect. Maria believes feeling good is key for performance and essential for true success. She focuses on alignment and biomechanics, teaching people to connect with their physical and inner core. With an intuitive, nurturing style, Maria works with all ages, genders, and fitness levels, from athletes to those in rehabilitation. Maria holds a 600-hour Pilates certification and has been teaching fitness for over 30 years. Maria is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and also provides energy healing.

Jenna Ansley
Jenna Ansley, MSK, CES, is an exercise physiologist with Cardiopulmonary Rehab at Piedmont Augusta. She recently partnered with Piedmont Women’s Heart Program to lead a robust strength & conditioning class called Pulse Driven. After her Master’s in Kinesiology, she was a trainer specializing in nutrition counseling, corrective exercise, stretch therapy, and exercise physiology. She enjoys helping clients reach their fitness goals and transform the way they move.

Margaret Archer
Dr. Margaret Archer, PT, DPT, NCS, PCES, is a pelvic health physical therapist with Mère Health. Dr. Archer uses a fitness-forward, evidence-based approach and helps women stay active through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Her clinical philosophy centers on empowering women with personalized care plans that build confidence, knowledge, wellness and healing. During her own pregnancy and postpartum experience, Dr. Archer discovered a deep passion for pelvic health physical therapy. She completed advanced pelvic health training, specializing in urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, core dysfunction, pelvic pain, and intimacy pain. She earned her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) certification in 2024. She also earned her Pelvic Specialist certification through the Institute of Clinical Excellence that same year.

Rita Bailey
Rita Bailey began her yoga journey over 27 years ago in the tiny hot yoga studio in Boca Raton, Florida. After experiencing major improvements in her physical, spiritual, and mental well-being, she expanded her yoga practice into multiple styles. She now specializes in the healing impact of Restorative Yoga, as it has been the most transformative in releasing tension. She is a certified RYT200 through Asheville Yoga Center and teaches Restorative Yoga with a trauma-informed focus. She is also pursuing Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) certification through the Trauma Healing Institute under Peter Levine's leadership.

Naina Bhedwar
Naina Bhedwar, owner of Kesar Kitchen, is a self-taught chef passionate about food, cooking, and spices. She works to demystify Indian, Persian, and Near Eastern cuisine. Kesar Kitchen, LLC (Kesar bei the Sanskrit term for Saffron ~ Naina’s favorite spice) offers cooking classes and catering. The Chef teaches you to create and present the diverse and vibrant cuisines of India, Persia, and the Near East. To the Chef, there is no greater salute to her ancestry. Through delicious cooking classes, customized cooking parties or small catered events, Kesar Kitchen promises to educate, entertain and elevate!

Amanda Burtch
Amanda Burtch holds a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy. She integrates evidence-based yoga and yogic philosophy to help build self-awareness and heal from the physical to the spiritual level. She began teaching yoga in 2017 and remains committed to ongoing learning, growth, and personal practice. Amanda weaves in the teachings of nature, playfulness, and gratitude in her work in addition to holding space for tenderness. She moves through life with openness and compassion, empowering others to trust their unique journeys.

Neil Cooper
Neil Cooper, MD practiced Interventional Radiology for 21 years at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. He then spent 12 years at Kaiser Permanente (KP) Georgia as Chief of Diagnostic Imaging. Early in his career, he recognized that interventional techniques didn’t address the root causes of vascular disease. He is board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine, a Wellcoaches-certified health and wellbeing coach, and a certified personal trainer. His passion is helping healthcare providers embrace whole-food, plant-based nutrition to better guide their patients.

Carolyn Folk Desprez is a certified aromatherapist and licensed medical esthetician working in Peachtree City, GA at OVME. She also serves as Women’s Heart’s in-house aromatherapy expert.

Jill Elkin
Jill Elkin is an advanced yoga practitioner with certifications in restorative, yin, and iRest yoga nidra. Through intensive iRest certification, teaching, and personal practice, she built a strong foundation of well-being. She trained as a stress management specialist for cardiac patients through Ornish Lifestyle Medicine. She also supported hospice patients with meditation and stress management at end of life.

Over the past five years, Beth has focused on full-time professional coaching. She has worked with organizations like Piedmont’s Women’s Heart to support patients often overlooked by traditional care. She specializes in giving a voice to those patients feeling unseen and unheard. Her work is to address lifestyle and health issues to uncover and heal from the root of any problem.

Lindsey Sita Mann
Lindsey Sita Mann, founder of Stellar Roots, is a leader in small-scale regenerative land management and certified organic medicinal herb farming. Via her ecological design firm Sustenance Design, she helps people create and enhance their own farm and garden ecosystems. She has nearly 20 years of professional experience and a graduate degree in Landscape Architecture and Conservation Agro-ecology. She blends farming with ecosystem management to grow medicinal herbs and developed the farm's infrastructure since 2011, as its steward. She is a certified Yoga teacher, practiced classical Ashtanga Vinyasa and studied Ayurveda. Lindsey graduated from the first North American School of Geomancy and continues exploring earth healing locally and abroad.

Iris McDuffie
Iris McDuffie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 18 years of experience in clinical nutrition and the founder of Nutrition I.A.M. LLC, which provides nutrition counseling for individuals with chronic diseases. Currently, she serves as the Home-Based Primary Care Dietitian for Orangeburg/Sumter counties in South Carolina. Iris is committed to nutrition education, with a focus on rural communities and social determinants of health. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Renal Practice Group, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. Dr. Iris holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She also holds a Master of Science in Education from Wake Forest University. In her free time, she enjoys cooking gourmet dishes.

Holley Nash
Holley Nash, RDN, CSOWM, LD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management. She is also a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, as well as in private practice and community programs. Holly focuses on helping individuals overcome barriers to health and nutrition through supportive counseling and evidence-based education.

Dana Neacsu
Dana Neacsu, MD is one of the few practitioners in Atlanta who completed the Kalish Institute Advanced Functional Medicine course and she is currently using this treatment protocol for treating various conditions including adrenal fatigue. In 2016, Dr. Neacsu opened Medical Creations Integrative Medicine in Atlanta to address root causes rather than just symptoms.

Morgan Rysdon
Morgan Rysdon is a nationally certified Alexander Technique teacher and speaker.
