Wash and dry the watermelon, then carefully slice off the ends to create a flat base on the top and bottom.

Place the watermelon on one of its flat ends and carefully slice off the remaining rind, trimming until the watermelon's shape resembles a tall layer cake.

Once you’ve removed all the watermelon rind, place the fruit on a cake stand.

Using a spatula, spread Greek yogurt on the top and sides of the watermelon.

Sprinkle slivered almonds across the sides of the cake.

Place raspberries in a circle along the base of the watermelon.

Top the cake with sliced strawberries and blueberries.

Sprinkle the top of the cake with unsweetened coconut shavings.
