Atlanta, Ga. (March 18, 2025) – Piedmont is one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women for 2025 based on a survey by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group.
"We are honored to once again be recognized as one of America’s greatest workplaces for women," Piedmont President and CEO Kevin Brown said. "At Piedmont, our people are our greatest asset, and this honor is a testament to our efforts to make Piedmont a great work environment. As we say, 'You will come to Piedmont for the job, but you will stay for the people that you work with.'"
Newsweek, along with market data research firm Plant-A Insights, conducted an independent study involving insights from over 215,000 female employees in the U.S., resulting in over 2.2 million company reviews. The study assessed companies in the U.S. that employ more than 1,000 employees by their performance on a range of relevant metrics from the perspective of women in the workforce including leadership, integrity, compensation, and work life balance scores.
"It is exciting to receive this recognition this month, during Women’s History Month, from a nationally respected brand such as Newsweek," added Piedmont Chief Human Resources Officer Alison Smith. "The ranking reflects the positive culture we continue to perpetuate, which supports our mission of making a positive difference in every life we touch."
