Phenix City, Ala. (January 24, 2025) – Join sports medicine physician Siraj Abdullah, D.O., with Piedmont Physicians Stadium Drive at the next Walk With a Doc event on Saturday, Feb. 1, at Idle Hour Park in Phenix City. Check-in begins at 9 a.m., followed by warm-ups and the one-mile walk at 9:30 a.m.

“We can discuss sports physicals and how to help athletes— at any age and skill level— stay in the game or get you back out on the court after an injury,” said Dr. Siraj Abdullah. “We’ll be there to answer any questions you may have, because we want to empower athletes to take charge of their health.”

Walks are held on the first Saturday of the month and each walk covers a different topic. Event participants meet and walk with local healthcare experts, asking questions or learning more about a particular topic.
